
Cancellation Policy
At Saroj Therapy, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure that we can offer the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask you to provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. **Notice Period**:
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.

2. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the session cost.

3. **No-Show Policy**: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee of £60.

4. **Late Arrivals**: If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced. Full session fees will still apply.

5. **Emergencies**: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone/email at least 24 hours in advance. You may also use our online booking system to make changes to your appointment.
